Sends text we need payment with no ?hey hope your project is going well? same with final payment ?thanks for choosing us? Communication is very lacking on several levels. Until it wasn?t?meaning a gave final payment of $16,000. And there is a very short punch list. I asked John why these items weren?t done and I was hesitant to give final payment. He said and he took photos to document ?I promise we will get on this next week?you can trust me and give me check? Yes I?m guilty of trusting and should have held check. I have text several times to 4 different employees and owners as well made calls and left messages?.crickets. So now I have a $35,000. Job with tasks that were incomplete?conduit hanging, paint tape all the way around my house, debris that was to be hauled off including some job materials left on side of house as well a picket that is not in place. "

With the dumpster in our yard, and the roofing materials delivered only then did they "discover" we also needed all new planking. We were prepared and budgeted for a $21,300 project. Suddenly we needed to come up with an additional $8,500 for the plywood. This was part of all the other roofer's quotes. When I voiced that I wanted to use another company they told me I signed a contract and they planned to enforce it. If I broke the contract I would have to give them 1/3. I had no choice but to cave. When I pressed on why this wasn't discovered until they started- they had no response. I was stuck and was forced to proceed (or walk away from $7,100). BEWARE!!! 6/25/2025"
