PT Electric is a locally-owned company serving the Triad area for 19 years. I provide Complete residential service with prompt, friendly and competitive service. I am licensed for my trade and have been wiring homes since 1978. I do all my own work and occasionally use help on large projects. I buy from local suppliers and support my community. Paul was incredible to work with! I had a long list of things that needed to be done and he completed everything in a timely manner. He even came out a couple extra times to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Not only was he very professional, but he was an absolute pleasure to be around. Excellent service. Paul came within 2 days of the request. He just happened to have that thermostat on his truck. He only charged for the service. He was prompt, professional , and friendly.

Paul was very professional. After replacing the old neon lights with led ones the new lights didn’t come on. He didn’t gave up and found the the cause and fixed it. I’m very impressed with how he performed. The cost was more than acceptable ($241) for his efforts. I’ll use PT any time I need any electrical work. I recommend this company to all my friends.

Left a voicemail message with the scope of necessary repairs and Paul called back within two hours. He was able to fit us in to his busy schedule within our necessary timeframe. He was punctual on his arrival, very friendly and most importantly, did a good job fixing tissue. To date, I have had no further problem. Will call Paul again at the drop of a hat. Thanks!

Paul is a true Master of his craft. He's trustworthy, dependable, extremely competent and reliable. He very methodically diagnosed a very challenging electrical issue and expertly made the necessary repairs. Paul was one of the most genuine and down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest and upfront with his schedule, flexibility, and pricing. When he came out for the initial estimate the experience was timely and efficient. The experience was the same when he came back to install the light and help prepare for the installation of a drop-down attic. His pricing was very reasonable and his handiwork was worth it too. I will definitely be using him as my electrician and will gladly refer him to anyone else.

Paul was fantastic! He is extremely professional, diligent and someone who exudes trust and experience. He was able to handle the couple of surprises that popped up with ease. Price was more than fair as well. I also thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him while he performed the work as he is very personable and easy to converse with. Paul arrived on time. He was easy to work with. The problem was a little tricky but Paul knew his stuff and diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it in short order. Cost was very reasonable. Will call him again when I need an electrician.

Excellent! Job turned out to be ridden with issues but Paul persevered, solved mysteries and completed work. Very professional, trustworthy, conscientious, knowledgable and friendly guy. Have already scheduled to use again to install new ceiling can lights.

Paul was very responsive-quick to respond to phone calls and quick to get us on the schedule. He was on time and completed everything in less time than we anticipated. He really seems to know what he's doing and works very thoroughly and efficiently. We plan to use him again!

Since Christmas was a Sunday this year and I was able to keep things going on my own, I waited until Monday morning to try to find an electrician. I called about a dozen electricians and Paul was the only one that answered the phone Monday morning. Came out about an hour later. Nice guy and rates were very reasonable.
