He vacuumed twice a day each day to keep the areas clean. But most of all he is very skilled and he took great care in cutting and laying the materials. He made sure the floor was perfectly smooth before putting any pieces down. He did the final trim work and filled in all the nail holes. He did an excellent job caulking.
