Disappointed in the quality of work provided. We needed to partially repair grout and caulk in 2 showers, however, after one shower was completed Eric returned to correct areas missed and correct obvious problems. Unfortunately, the shower caulk began to leak where it had never leaked before, consequently rather than Eric return for a third time, we chose to identify a new person to both repair the leak created in the first shower and address the issues in the other shower. I should note that the owner was a very nice person, however, given the extremely high fee charged, I expected the quality to match the fee, which was simply not the case.

Eric responded to a request for estimate the same day and provided a very reasonable quote within the week. Brandon completed the repairs on the grout three days later and the workmanship was excellent. I needed the work done before having frameless shower walls installed within a two week timeframe. I highly recommend Carolina Grout Works as they made the tiles/master bath shower and floor look like new. Superb job on my master bath project.

No attempt was made to identify other areas that needed repair other than what was visible. While cleaning shower afterwards I found two other spots that needed attention.

Good job done, but then I haven't found a contractor of any discipline who would do it the way I want it done. Possibly that is from a perspective of profectionism or wanting/expecting more from service providers than realistic. I would still hire the company again.

The job was not completed in one of my bathrooms. Quote they gave me left off part of the job so I had to pay more to complete repair. In addition, they poured chemicals down our sink and shower ruining the metal on shower handle and bathroom sink drain.
