Disappointed in their performance. We scheduled a limo for 8 people over a week in advance to pick us up in Monroe and go to the Panthers game and back. The driver arrived on time and told us we could bring our coolers and bags with us and we could leave them with him. We then paid for both legs of the trip (big mistake) He then said that he had another job during the time while we were at the game and he would store our stuff in a compartment in the back of the limo. He dropped off about 3 blocks from the stadium and said we could call him after the game and he would pick us up in the same place. When the game was over, we called the driver as we exited the stadium and began our walk to the rendezvous spot. He then told us that the other job he booked was running late and he ?was nowhere near? us and couldn?t be there for at least an hour so he called his boss who is the owner and the owner said he would come and get us. After a half hour of waiting on the street corner, the owner picked us up in a rattily bus with of course all of our beverages, phone charges, and keys still in the first limo. After taking us back to our house in Monroe we had to wait for our cooler and car keys for our out of town visitors for another half hour. To me greed was chosen over professionalism and it ruined what could have been a great experience. Why else would you double book one driver during the same period? This is the first time we used this service and our first limo experience. We chose them because of their rating on Angie?s list. We won?t use them again. The owner offed no partial refund or restitution. Unbeknownst to me my wife actually tipped the owner for actually bringing us back home w/o our stuff because she felt sorry for him! Needless to say I did not agree with that.
