We received great service from AAS. They were very creative in the planning, repair and re-installing our backsplash. The backsplash had been damaged during removal by another contractor. We also used AAS to install a new granite countertop in another house. Great company to work with. Highly recommended!

My experience with Matt and Alex at Ancient Art Stone began with a warm welcome and discussing what I had in mind.  They let me walk the showroom, granite and marble yard, they have a huge variety/selection after about 35 mins of looking at all the different colors, patterns and types I narrowed down my choices.  Matt suggested I take samples of the three colors I liked home to see how it would look in my house and in the light. I live within a 20 min drive so I could see the sample in my house and return it the same day.

Once we figured out the quartz type and color, then we moved to the granite island and determined type as well. Matt set up a measurement appointment, the technician was on time and I was running 10 mins behind.  He waited for me instead of leaving and making me reschedule.  It was nice to have that level of customer service.

With the measurements done Matt called me within a day and ask me to come in and pick my slab of granite. He had two slabs of "Titanium" for me to pick from. The Slab Cutters had pulled out the slabs and were waiting for me so we could go over where on the slab would be the best part.  They used their expertise to guide me to the best part of the slab and how it would look with the countertop.

The installation was perfect and the quick. They gave us instructions on what products to use and gave us a starter set of cleaner and sealer.  I'll be going back to Ancient Art Stone for future work. They not only have an enormous selection of granite, marble and quartz they carry porcelain tiles, large, small and trims. Great people and a great company to do business with they made me feel I was just as important as some of the more larger and more expensive jobs.

We were very pleased with our experience at Ancient Art Stone. From our initial meeting with Alex and Kurt, to the completion of the project, the service and responsiveness was excellent. Their price was very close to other quotes we got. They have a great selection of granite. They rock!

Great. On time. Very professional. Did a good job. Ask them to break down cost of labor, transportation, and cost of materials so you know exactly what you are paying for.

We were very pleased with the service, professionalism and quality of the counter as well s the services performed, including the measuring, preparation and installation.
We got 4 other fee proposals and they were all within $500 to $1,000, but we felt like we needed to get several quotes as it was a big purchase.  Given the minimal variation in cost, we went with Ancient Art Stone because we liked the granite better.  The stone we selected has loads of bright blue that is lovely when the sun shines on it.
We would definitely consider them again if we replace the counters in the bathrooms, etc. with stone.  They made it easy and were friendly and professional.

We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the company. Everyone was extremely professional. They did an excellent job measuring, cutting, and installing the counter-tops and sinks.  We did not shop around, so we are not sure if the price was fair, good or excellent. Here is an example of their pricing:

7square feet of granite - $271.00 ($39/sq. ft. for a remnant)  Other granite slabs could be more.
Sink Cut out -                      150.00
Cost of sink -                         90.00
Travel cost                            120.00 ($60 to come to house to measure, $60 to come to house to install)
Removal/disposal of old counter-top - $75.00
They do no plumbing.

"Thank you for taking the time to review our services and for providing accurate information on our pricing. We certainly don't mind the transparency! I am sure you are still in love with your counter tops, if there is anything we can do for you in the future please don't hesitate to contact us."

Great experience! Priced products against concrete top from other provider then decided to go with Ancient Art Stone. A very easy measure and a quick response for the bid. Once I decided to go- the install was quick and perfect. The guys worked clean and did the little extra things that I didn't think of- the backsplash, the edges, the overhangs and the sink. They made it one of the easiest parts of my remodel. I should have used them for my tile and granite in the bathrooms. They have great people, communications, good price (that did not get changed or increased) and worked in the time frame that we set- wish they were my contractor!
