Everyone knew their stuff. At first there was a little too much gushing about fabulous options for my taste. Once I made it clear I wanted to look at the stone under a microscope and check things, they helped me do that. The service in terms of helping me get the stone and send it to where I needed was great too.

Extremely well. I worked mainly with Christine who kept me informed and set my expectations early on. From discussing the ring and settings to actually setting the diamond, I was well informed of every step of the process, how much it would cost and about how long it would take.

I cannot say enough about working with Darrell at Union Diamond. I have always been very weary of jewelry stores. I don't know why, but there was always a level of distrust there for me. Kinda like a bad car dealership. However, Mr. Cox was immediately trustworthy and genuine. I felt safe and secure leaving my grandmothers prized ring in his care.
I plan to use Union and Darrell for a new diamond setting in the near future. I cannot wait to see the end product of Darrell's design ideas!
