Lots of businesses claim 24/7 assistance and I have found that not to be the case. I called when my tankless water heater was snowing an error code and not warming up. John answered at 10:00 pm and took the time not only to help me with my immediate problem but did so on the spot. He provided me some long term solutions and if I decide to move forward I will without a doubt be moving forward with his company.
He said to me he wanted to try and provide the kind of quality of service you get from a good neighbor. I can 100% say that he follows through on this.
I will be recommending his company to anyone else who needs anything regarding water heaters.

When our Water Heater went down during the coldest time of the year, I used Angi to request an estimate. John from Water Heater Experts was the first to call and, though I had not considered it in the past, sold me on the idea of the tankless system. He had an answer for all my questions regarding finance and made it easy to afford this upgrade. He showed up late due to prior service calls, but he was committed to getting it installed and working before he left. Thank you, John and Water Heater Experts......Looks GREAT, Works GREAT!

John Gallagher did an outstanding job installing my Rinnai tankless water heater. He spent a lot of time educating me on tankless water heaters. I got six different quotes and he was the most reasonable and the most knowledgeable of those I spoke with. I would highly recommend him to anyone having a plumbing need, especially a tankless water heater installation. I was so impressed with him that I'm having him come back to fix two things that previous plumbers did incorrectly.

We noticed our water heater had a leak in the morning. We decided to replace it and started a search early afternoon of the same day. Fortunately, we came across with John who came to our house by the evening. He took out the old unit and installed the new one and finished most of the installation on the same day. He came back the next day to finish the job. He also contacted us the next day to follow up the next day The cost below is net of tax credit and other incentives. We are quite happy we found him.

John was absolutely incredible. He had an unfortunate incident the day he was scheduled to come out that easily could have justified him to reschedule. He told me he did not want me to have to wait longer and asked if he could come later in the day, which we were fine with. John worked until 9:00 to finish our instal.
