"Had a fantastic experience with Wise Home Direct. had some siding issues as well as soffit problems. They showed up and immediately went to work. I have worked crews for over 40 years and I know how most jobs get started, ( after coffee and smoke break). Not true for this crew, everyone knew their job a went straight to work. Very professional. Very courteous, and kept me informed on exactly what would happen. Immediately cleaned up the entire work area and the finished job looked fantastic. The lady in the office kept me posted regularly on when they could start my job, mine was a rather small job so they squeezed me in between jobs, and she kept me posted on exactly when they would arrive. She also was very knowledgeable and worked with me on receiving the first quote along with scheduling to the final billing process. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
