Before the work started, I found Jeremiah easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. He texted when he was on his way and arrived on time. I had ordered patio furniture on-line, but some parts were mislabelled and some of the holes did not match up. Jeremiah was able to solve these issues and my chairs are solid, but I would not have been able to do it myself (nor my husband). He also caulked my kitchen counters which now look new and clean.
