Formulated and designed the project based on our input and several discussions, and calculated all materials and labor needed to complete the project.  This is a 16 ft. x 20 ft screened in porch, single door, with full wood ceiling and metal roof.  Installed concrete footers on which a deck was built followed by framing the structure and installing the roof and then finishing.  Installed ceiling fan and track lighting and all necessary electrical hook ups, including dimmer switch for track lightening.  The structure has a beautiful rail system all around and overall the final structure is everything we hoped for and more.  Meticulous attention was paid to all details.  Tommy Lubber is an excellent craftsman and builder, delivered everything as discussed before the project began and saw the project to completion.  He worked long and hard days and showed complete dedication to providing an excellent result.
