The folks at Circle City Lock and Key contacted me quickly after I submitted my request through Angie's List, were extremely flexible in arranging a visit, and arrived on time. My wife met with them, so I relay only what she said, but she reported that they were extremely helpful, that they explained the problem with the lock / latch, and even suggested a product for preventative maintenance. They worked on re-keying all the locks so the same key would work on all of them, which was a bit more of a challenge than I had realized (I was confused about which locks various keys worked on, had passed my misunderstanding on to my wife, and she had then passed that on to the Circle City folks). She was very happy and impressed with the time and care they spent on our job, and we both were pleasantly surprised by the charge. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services."

They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
