The professional locksmith that came to my home was fabulous, he didn't mind my rescue dog barking, finished quickly, took care of my door locks and changed the key to the door locks I had.

Very professional. Took care of all the locks and replaced a doorknob quickly and quietly.

I have just moved to Durham from California and have lots to unpack. I also had three pieces of furniture, 2 new and one antique, the keys to which I could not find. In an hour's time Brian had all unlocked and open so I could continue to unpack and put things away. He also made a key for the antique desk. He is polite, intelligent, capable and a very pleasant person to have working in the house. I recommend him highly to anyone who has need of a locksmith. It is such a relief to have all three pieces of furniture in working order. Thank you Brian!

I have a very old house with a door that wasn't properly latching and Brian was able to diagnose the problem as the interior doorknob and replace it and then also make adjustments to the strikeplate so that it would close and hold more easily without having to hold it shut to lock it. A less experienced or dishonest person would have said the whole doorknob/lock assembly needed to be replaced to sell product and spend more time doing it. Would definitive call him again if I needed a repair!

I was glad they were able to fit me in the same day I call to make an appointment. My case it was an emergency. My car was stolen with my house keys. One of the 5 guys who stole my car, got caught but no keys on him. 11/19/2019

Excellent customer service. Great experience

Super friendly. Came out within about an hour of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency, and got right to work. Quickly and easily replaced my broken deadbolt, including cleaning up some shoddy work done by a previous locksmith. Everything works great now. Would definitely hire again!

Rapid response and a quality job. After Brian finished the lock repair, he called to tell me the job was done, but had observed two other issues with the buildingâ s doors and I hired him to rectify those issues.
