  I was really impressed - Juan showed up on time and was extremely knowledgable and courteous. He spent 3 1/2 hours working straight through with no break to replace the door knobs, strike plates, and deadbolts on three of my doors. He made sure my outside doors were keyed the same and that I had extra keys. Then he fixed the strike plates on my interior doors because they weren't shutting properly.   I can't say enough wonderful things about the service that Guy provided. Our home was broken into and both our house and extra car keys were stolen during the robbery. We called Guy at 7:30 pm and he was at our house within 30 minutes working on getting our home secure. Guy was extremely polite, professional, and worked very efficiently. He talked us through our options and offered several suggestions. This was an upsetting and stressful experience, and not only was Guy exceptionally professional, he also had a very calming presence. Given the lateness of the hour (he completed the job around 10:30 pm), and the amount of work that was done, the price that he charged was beyond fair.   This was a fairly complicated job as the lock and doorknob on a sunroom metal door were out of alignment due to movement of structure. There was very little wiggle room to align the door so that it closed with ease without major reconstruction/removal of the door itself. The technican was awesome. He worked for several hours and replaced and realigned things till everything worked perfectly. Door seals properly, lock works fluidly and door handle closes without any exertion. New lock is exactly what I wanted and was keyed to match the house locks in my home. Totally satisfied with his professionalism and tenacityshow more

  I used their services two times and I was very pleased. The locksmith was able to get the work done pretty fast. He gave me a discount and also a repeat customer discount which was really good. So this was the second time I had him out. He was very good. He was careful when he came inside my house. He was extremely nice and didn?t make any kind of mess in the house. He had his truck and he went out to figure out how to make a new key. He didn?t really stay in the house except to do the replacement which was very fast. He was very courteous, professional, polite, honest and considerate. I was pleased and I would call him again. I would definitely give him an excellent grade. The price was fine and he did charge a fee to come out, but the total amount was totally reasonable. I didn?t really compare his prices with any other company since I had used his services before and I thought that he was very reasonable then. He provided 5 keys for the locks and 1 key to operate all the locks. It was just part of his service. If you go to a place where they make these locks or keys, then they probably charge around $10. That was really like an added value. The quality of his work was excellent. My new door handle and key wasn?t working properly and he took out a part and discovered that it wasn?t fixed correctly. There was a tiny area which wasn?t fine and now it?s fine. He told me about how to keep my locks working well about once every three to six months. He told me to have the locks lubricated because locks dry out when not used. That was new knowledge for me. I don?t have anything negative to say about him. I would definitely use his services again in the future. I wouldn?t mind giving my daughter the same recommendationshow more
