One lock had become so kludged that the latch wouldn't come out, and the door wouldn't even stay shut. We also had, for a variety of reasons, some mismatched locks on other doors. The folks at Circle City Lock and Key contacted me quickly after I submitted my request through Angie's List, were extremely flexible in arranging a visit, and arrived on time. My wife met with them, so I relay only what she said, but she reported that they were extremely helpful, that they explained the problem with the lock / latch, and even suggested a product for preventative maintenance. They worked on re-keying all the locks so the same key would work on all of them, which was a bit more of a challenge than I had realized (I was confused about which locks various keys worked on, had passed my misunderstanding on to my wife, and she had then passed that on to the Circle City folks). She was very happy and impressed with the time and care they spent on our job, and we both were pleasantly surprised by the charge. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services.

I called City Circle at 8:00am and they squeezed me in later the same afternoon. Jim and his assistant were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They had my deadbolt working in less than 10 minutes and even took extra time to give it a thorough checkup to make sure it was working well. I highly recommend Circle City Lock and Key for all of your locksmith services.

Circle City Lock had a technician at my house very soon after I called. The tech was capable, polite and thorough. He had the parts needed on his truck, so there was no delay in getting parts. He was friendly to my dog, too. The price was reasonable. I give this provider an A+ and would call them again it the need arises.

Needed a deadbolt lock fixed on our back door. It went very well. They came on time. They investigated the situation and made the fix with the least amount of disruption and cost. Would highly recommend them.

I could not have asked for more patient and knowledgeable individuals to repair our cylinder. Both locksmiths were wonderful. While one repaired the cylinder, the other made sure to explain everything to me, answer all my questions and concerns, and even explain what to do in the future should this problem occur again. There is no other locksmith I would ever use. I will refer all my neighbors, students, family, and friends to Circle City Lock & Key.

It went great. They re-keyed 8 locks and gave me 6 new keys. I failed to show them a door that was to be included and they came back promptly and re-keyed it and also repaired a faulty handle. The technician was extremely polite and efficient, they were done in an hour!

My son-in-law locked the car keys in the trunk when he stowed shopping bags in it. Circle City arrived within 20 minutes to fixed the problem. Great guy (can't remember his name) he was engaging, rapidly went to work and we were in. We had called several locksmiths, the initial one we called said they would be right there but 2 hrs. later no sign. Calling them every 30 minutes to get an updated time, they would respond that they were 10 minutes away. Finally, on the last call back we said to forget it and called another locksmith, which turned out to be Circle City Lock & Key, wish we had called them first.

Key was stuck in door lock, as I endeavored to remove it myself it eventually broke off. I called this company to remove the broken portion from the lock and make a new key as this was the last key I had. Jim, the locksmith, showed up within an hour after my call, removed the broken portion of the key and crafted several new ones. The price was less than two other companies and he was true to his word that he would work me into his schedule. I saved money finding this locksmith on Angie's List.
