It went very smoothly. The guy was very nice and professional. He explained how to maintenance our locks so they stay properly lubricated. It was easy to make an appointment.

Our locksmith, Matt, was a real professional. He came to our home first to assess the locks we had and our routine. We told him we occasionally need to give our key to pet sitters, house cleaners, etc. and didn't like doing this. He recommended a key-less entry lock. We now can give out a code when needed and then delete it later on. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need and his recommendations were perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and use this business again!

They have a great variety of accessories. they have everything including anitques. They always make the perfect copy. they always work, even the computerized chip keys for cars. They always remeber the service they have provided to customers even upto a year ago.

I went to the shop to get three locks re-keyed.  I had tried several other shops in the area and had been unable to locate someone to do the work.
The personnel in Don Hills Lock Shop were very helpful.  They responded to my needs promptly and although it was somewhat unusual and difficult to figure out how to re-key the locks, they persevered and were very responsive to my request.
The work was completed in short order so that the cabinets at our office were not unlocked longer than needed, while the locks were re-keyed.
The price to complete the work was very reasonable.  While I was in the shop, several other customers came in and I was impressed by the cordial manner the shop personnel greeted the customers and took care of their needs promptly.
I would highly recommend Don Hills Lock Shop.  Their work is very high quality, and they are the kind of shop that knows how to take care of their customers.

Repaired on 80 year old lock in our house without damage. It functioned poorly before, and now it works great.  Price is always low!

Wonderful company.  Never dealt with a more professional locksmith.  They did an in-home plan with us to figure out our needs.  Made sure we got the right things and talked us out of spending money for things we didn't need!!

Thought I would have to replace the doorknob but they fixed it so efficiently that I didn't have to spend the extra money,. When I DO replace the knob, I will call them vs going to the big box store. Shop local DOES work

I have used Don Hill's for years for many types of work. I've decided not to go anywhere else. They can do any of the jobs I have ever needed and there's never a problem 'fixing my problem'.
