"Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.

"Cobalt save our rear ends by getting our insurance company to pay for the work.  This is after 3 other roofers looked at it.    So we paid our 1,000 deductible and that was basically it for the roof.  Had some cosmetic repairs done out of pocket.  
He David Francis, co-owner, also got insurance company to pay for leak damage in one of the bedrooms.   Cobalt has been around a while.  Their crew works hard long hours.  You will have 6-10 people working to get the job done fast.   
also, on our other house we have had some leaking issues with the chimney.   He got that fixed too!!!   
I mentioned 4 grand because we then had the house repainted by Cobalt.  It looks amazing!!  And they didnt paint the windows shut like the last painter.
