Hired in May its august now. They never show up nor answer the phone Ever. Once in awhile they will answer a text. Never show up for work when they say they will nor any communication with us. The job was paid in full but they never returned. Roof tore off metal roof played on never secured on. Keeps falling off. Took off bad wood never replaced with new wood. Crew busted a window they never fixed. Porch shelter added on workshop was built thirteen inches off measurements making everything off line . work was not completed but was payed for .been trying to contact them for two months to come back and complete and corre the shotty building plus replace window pane they busted out. Never Hire This Company nor give them payment until job is competed. A four day job has turned into four months and not completed or corrected.

Installed new roof and replaced skylight. In the skylight area the roof is leaking. I have called numerous times, I have sent a certified letter and he is not responding to anything. I want my roof and ceiling fixed.

He and his crew of about 8 showed up at 630 AM as promised and went right to work. They set tarps around all the edges of the roof where run off would happen. He striped the old roof and paper replaced with 30lb felt and re-roofed the entire house and garage. replace 4 sheets of wood that had water damage and reflashed my chimney. Replaced all the drip edge and replaced the ridge vent over the garage. He and his crew did an excellent job. It was a very hot day with a heat index of 105. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job. No complaints.

Contacted Darryl Draughon, owner of buisiness, for estimate. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and gave estimate before leaving. The quote was considerably less than other quotes we had received (we had contacted at least five different businesses for quotes related to roofing and siding work). He provided locations where his company had worked previously. His crew began work on our home within a week of our acceptance of estimate. Roof was finished within 3 days, siding and light fixtures were completed within about 8 days. Odd jobs/add-ons we requested such as staining, storage house painting were completed timely as well. Overall we were extremely satisified with quality work, timeliness, and Darryl's flexibility to meet our needs and and quot;add-onsand quot; after the work began. We highly recommend Darryl and his company.

In the initial discussions, the owner discussed the project in detail, offered options and answered our questions to our satisfaction. His suggestion that we visit the shingle wholesaler was a big help. The contract and price were acceptable. The owner had sufficient and capable personnel to get the job finished in one day. The cleanup was very satisfactory. We have had no problem with nails. The overall experience was excellent.

Owner was prompt on showing up for estimate. Workers showed up on day they were scheduled to start. Left midway through the day. Came back later that day to complete work, but did not finish. Came back second day and completed putting shingles in place. We ordered 30-year architectural shingles, and they looked good. The crew did not clean up after itself, however. We found more than 5 dozen nails throughout the yard, ranging from near the house and stretching all the way to the street, all around the house. My wife and I both had nails go through our shoes - my wife twice. I had to get a tetanus shot because of the nail that went through my shoe. It took repeated calls to the owner to get the nails cleaned up. We're still finding nails in the yard, almost two months after the work was completed. The crew did not replace some rotting wood connected to the roof the owner said they would. The wood is between the shingles of the porch roof and the regular roof. The owner repeatedly promised someone would be there that day or the next to do the work. A month later, the work was still not completed. We began calling the owner every day for a two-week period with the owner again saying someone was either on their way, would be there that day or would be there the first thing the next morning. The owner became increasingly rude until we reached a breaking point and he said he just wanted to be left alone. He has tried to claim the work was not on the contract, but he said the day he provided the estimate the work we wanted done would be covered by a rotting wood item listed on the estimate. When he decided he didn't want to do the work, he later tried to claim it was not on the estimate. No one from his company ever did the work. We were painting the house and needed the work done. After a month and a half, we finally had to get someone else to do the work to the tune of about $300. His lack of response to this situation makes us doubt the worth of the 15-year labor warranty the owner provided with the work. If we can't get him to show up to do work previously promised, imagine how hard it's going to be get him to do warranty work. With his attitude toward us, we're not sure if we want him working on the roof again. The worst part of this for him is if he had done the work as promised early on, we would have recommended him for more work. We've already had a couple of neighbors ask us who did the work because they are considering having theirs done. In fact, that's how we found out about this company was a neighbor recommendation. But after the experience we've had, there's no way we're going to give him a good recommendation. The only recommendation we'll give neighbors about his company is to stay away from it and find someone else to do the work. After this experience, we've come to learn the owner is one of the type of salesmen that will be all buddy-buddy with you, tell you what you want to hear and then when there's an issue with his work, he'll turn on you.
