This company did an excellent job rebuilding the deck! It is much sturdier than the one that was there, and it is top notch work. Branden kept in touch with me every part of the way with texting pictures, and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend Pro Build +Design for any work you may need done. Everything went very well, and I am happy with the results, completed in three hours, less time than I expected. Grab bars (five total) were installed in two bathrooms by the work crew who were careful not to damage the existing wall tiles. The workers did a great job with cleaning up, too.

The contractor Kushan explained the process from start to finish and insured we understood. He communicated throughout the process always taking the time to address our concerns and make minor changes as requested. Sebastian explained the electrical installation on terms we could understand. But most of all they would not finish until we were totally satisfied. There name says it all start to finish always professional.

Branden at Pro Build + Design was very responsive. He was very good about communicating when he and his team would be working and what they would be doing each day. He answered questions quickly and when I asked if something could be done differently, he worked hard to find a different solution and make sure I was satisfied. The billing and estimate process was professional also. Nicely run business. Bathroom turned out well.

I could not be happier! My wife always wanted a nice guest bathroom near the front door and they broke everything down to studs, fixed little issues that I did not know existed. Their professionalism and attention to detail is why I already have another interior job lined up on the books! They were extremely clean while doing their projects as my carpet was 100% protected during the entirety of the project! The porch looks amazing and was built as a replacement of what I already had, and it looks so much stronger and beefier than I had originally! All slight modification decisions were ran through me first which 100% what I asked for! Amazing experience!

Branden thoroughly went through the process during his initial consult regarding the deck. Great communication throughout the process. There were some slight hiccups but Branden worked quickly and efficiently to ensure the issues were resolved. The deck is very sturdy which was a big improvement from our previous wobbly deck. And it was completed in a timely fashion which we appreciate. Will definitely be hiring again for any future renovations or repairs.

Initial contact and estimate: Responded to my request within 24hrs. I received the estimate within 15 minutes of the assessment. It was very user friendly to accept and approve the work. Everything was explained during the first meeting. Scheduling and punctuality: Initial appointment scheduled quickly. Work started much sooner than I expected and I was very pleased with that. Workers arrived exactly when promised. Workmanship quality: Professional and experienced workers. The gutters were removed and replaced expertly and quickly. The entire two story house was power washed and took about four hours. The even cleaned up the sidewalk where the old gutters had dripped and stained it! Communication: Prompt, professional, concise. Clearly laid out expectation management which I found helpful. Price Transparency: Branden tells you up front exactly what it will cost and is honest. Overall Satisfaction: Extremely satisfied. I would hire them again for all my home projects. I would recommend ProBuild to any of my friends. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as Branden. He goes above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want and provides quality materials and workers. That’s a rare find these days. A+ business in my opinion.

Bottom line is I can’t recommend Pro Build and Design. Below you will see why. There are plenty of general contracting companies in Fayetteville that will provide the proper service during the entire process until the job is done. This didn’t happen with Pro Build. I needed a front and rear door replaced on my rental property and Pro Build and Design was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted Brandon at Pro Build on the 14th of Nov and he was responsive, sending a team out on the 19 th. He was clear with the estimate and explanation of the work to be done. But once I made the initial deposit (roughly 80% of the total bill) on the 20th of Nov that responsiveness stopped. Here’s where the issues began. 1) He never sent a receipt until I asked for one. When he did it was a cell phone picture. No real invoice or receipt via email and I still haven’t seen one (It’s now 23 Jan 25). 2) After that payment, I didn’t hear from Brandon for two weeks until 3 Dec when, again, I reached out to him asking for a status on the doors. I’m told the doors will be in on the 12th of Dec and install will be on the 13th. 3) The 13th comes, and I get a message saying he can’t install them that day because the city of Fayetteville moved an inspection on them. New install date of 16th Dec. 4) Fast forward to the 29th of Dec and the doors still weren’t installed and no status updates from him over that two-week period. New install date of 2 or 3 Jan. I ask again for an invoice and receipt for my payment (tax write off). No response to this. 5) 3 Jan comes and no status on the door until I reach out to him at 8 pm. I’m told that he tried to contact the tenant but didn’t hear from her (she never got a call), so he’ll try again tomorrow. 6) 8 January comes and the install is finally done. He was quick to ask that I pay the remaining balance on the 9th, which I did. 7) 16 January I ask for the final invoice and receipt, and he tells me he sent it last week. I never received it so asked for him to resend it. It’s now the 23d and I still haven’t received it. But I have received a bunch of reasons why he hasn’t sent it (working, it’s been cold so dealing with pipes, another city of Fayetteville inspection, I’ll have it to you in an hour, I’ll have it to you once I get free, etc…) 8) I also asked for a receipt of the $1900 doors I purchased for a few different reasons (if I need to replace it at some point, it’s considered an upgrade for selling the place, taxes, insurance) and his response was “Usually customers don’t ask for receipts because it’s the contract you’re writing off not the doors. You didn’t purchase the doors, my company did.” I’m pretty sure the $1900 for the two doors came out of my account so I did purchase the doors. You picked them up and installed them. Pros: · Doors work and look good. Had minor issue with the fit which was fixed the next day · Responsive initially · Cleaned up the work and left the place in the same condition as when he started. Cons: · Poor communications after the initial payment until the last payment was due when he was quick to ask for my last payment. I had to reach out to him every time. · Poor service regarding providing invoices/receipts. Still haven’t received either. · Took 56 days from start to finish including 28 days after he had the doors.

I am sitting in a finished updated screen porch that is everything I hoped for. Pro Build took my initial idea and created a space that serves me and my family very well. We also now have a new full bath with a modern shower created from a simple washroom. Great work and dependable friendly customer service!

Brandon and his team were great to work with. Brandon communicated extremely well. His response time was excellent for reply texts or phone calls. He was very organized and clear about the work they would perform. Not only did they remodel our bathroom but replaced our deck boards as well as our sliding glass door. Each day the team cleaned all materials inside and outside. With the age of our home we were not surprised they came across some unforeseen issues. Brandon was forthright with his findings and worked to give us options within our budget. He would even suggest postponing if he felt the fix could wait.
