We examined the carpet together and discussed spots and stains and the results we could expect. The vast majority of the stains were removed. Only a couple small stubborn ones remained but even those looked much better after cleaning. Overall the results were great. The carpet was much brighter and the whole condo smelled fresh and great. This was our first experience with the dry cleaning process. It was a little more dusty and left more of the dry cleaning product residue in the carpet than I expected. We made a second vaccuuming pass over the carpet to pick up the remaining product. It was a little extra work but the carpet looked even better afterward. We also changed the furnace filter when we finished because it contained quite a bit of the cleaning material. Overall we were very satisfied with the results. It was a little pricey but with the dry process we were able to get right back to work with the refurbishing so it was a good value for us
