first to call and came by with his info and to measure for an estimate.
He was very professional, helpful and explained things in detail. He
even was willing to come back out and speak with my husband. He came
back as soon as we were ready to sign the contract. A few days later
the crew came out as soon as our roof was ready and they worked hard and put it on in a few
hours. Looks great and we are very happy with the service and the roof.
Recommend them to everyone.
The provider repaired my roof in a timely and effective way. They did a great job and they where very responsive and timely. I will be using and recommending them from this point on.
Heath showed up on time...was very through in writing the estimate (gave me a very fair price and yeah I marked it good here but aren't we all looking for a deal) and when I chose them as my roofer he worked hand in hand with my insurance adjuster to make all the pieces come together.
So the when the day came to install the roof the crew showed up first thing in the morning and went right to work. They even helped me moved some of the things I didn't consider that would need moving out of the way. Heath showed up as well to oversee things and make sure all was going well...must say I appreciated knowing that he was staying involved in all phrases. I can't say how hard they worked through the day but my thought is they didn't mess around as they had the bulk of the work done the first day. On the second day the crew showed up again bright and early and went right back to work as they did the day prior.
I didn't get home until after dark so I couldn't see the roof well but I did walk it the following morning and let me just say I was BLOWN away by how great it looks...these guys know exactly what they are doing. I had a friend come over and she couldn't stop commenting on how great the roof looked as well. Heath and I discussed the color and type of singles (if you can get the architectural type do so they are worth the extra money) and they looked exactly as he showed me. The crew cleaned up all around the house and put everything right back into place...I really appreciated them making that kind of effort.
Bottom line here is you do indeed get what you pay for. Can you maybe find another company that can do if for less...maybe (know their prices really are quite competitive)...but I challenge you to find one as knowledgeable and professional in all aspects.
First class job Treadlite (special shout out to Heath) you have a customer for life!
The day of the work, the crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They stripped everything off before beginning to lay down the new stuff. The only thing they didn't do that day was to install the soffit vents Chris and I had discussed and (this is the ONLY ding on their service!) the work crew left at 5:30 without saying a word to me. Not "We're done for the day," not "We'll be back tomorrow," nothing. I was left wondering when the rest of it would be completed. Next morning, though, a different crew showed up to install the vents, so everything was okay. I just wish that first crew chief had said something to us before he left.
I went with the architectural shingle, and am glad I did. It really makes a difference in appearance for not a whole lot more money. Family coming to visit almost drove past the house because they said they didn't recognize it with the new roof. :-)
Several days later Chris came by. He gave me all the paperwork for my 40-year warranty and I gave him a check for the rest of the amount owed. Easy-peasy, it looks BEAUTIFUL, and I'm VERY happy with my new roof!
estimator/forman (Andrew) did excelent job keeping me informed about all work, scheduals and changes.
