The way Chris handled this project from start to finishing touch-ups impressed my wife, and me completely. Chris came with his 2 crew and they finished installation in approx 4 hours. After letting the 2 crew go, Chris stayed to touch up all my loose end of Roof, resealed all my pipe boots, and came inside the sunroom, caulked all around the new skylight frames, ceiling touch-ups on leak-damages, and cleaning the 2 new skylight glasses inside and outside, all these extra work with no additional charges. They were very upfront and straightforward throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the steps that would follow once it was determined that there was sufficient roof damage to call my insurance. We had some weather delays scheduling the work but the office staff were very helpful/flexible and worked with me to find a time that best fit around my family and the crew that did the work were very courteous, respectful, (tolerant of my two little kids constantly gawking, waving and yelling at them) and did a great job! One thing that always stands out for me in these sorts of dealings is when I feel like I’m getting an honest answer and not just the sales pitch.
