That is the reason I started the Flat Rate business model. If you require a standard Plumbing, electrical, appliance or audio/video installation you always know exactly what it's going to cost. You will never hear that Joe down the street had the same work done for $100 less because he paid the same reasonable flat rate. There have been many other that have popped up since 2015 trying to copy my flat rate model but nobody does it with the quality & pricing that I offer. "I hired W B Lighting Rods/William Burden to install lightning rods on my home. I spoke to William on a Monday and by Thursday before 1 PM the lightning rods were installed on my home. William explained everything he was going to do before he did it. The lightning rods were affordable and most of all it gives me peace of mind knowing that my home is protected against lightning strikes and fire damage. I couldnâ t be happier with this company!!"
