We needed 8 double pane insulated windows and 1 back patio double pane insulated door replaced/replaced because of the seals going bad and fogging up/discolored. We asked for details about the ratings and details of the glass and warranty information. He had that for us within a few days. His prices were extremely reasonable to what we were expecting.
