This was never explained to me and I didn't catch it in the fine print. I'm feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. So be very careful if you sign up that you're on the hook for more than you realize. I don't recommend using Bug n a Rug based on lack of results, but if you do be aware of your financial commitment."

Our later chimney sweep was thoroughly & cleanly done w/o soot getting into the house. This is a wonderful, successful family business that I'll definitely use again."
