He left a trap in the attic and told me to listen for any additional activity over the next few days. There wasn't any so he came back and sealed up the entry point. "We had a leak at the bottom of the chimney and had them repair it.  They stated that the Big Deal didn't cover my repairs.  I advised that I had the Big Deal stating that the ad stated they would fix/repair my chimney top to bottom for the price I purchased the Big Deal for.  I went ahead, however, I was not impressed with their advertising method and don't find it very forthcoming.  As far as their service, I guess they did a good job, as I have not had any further issues with the leak.  I am grading the actual service by the men who came out did the repairs."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
