"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. He came out & informed us that we have two tanks (we only thought we had one).  He gave us the choice to let him hire someone to dig access to our 2nd tank, or to dig it out ourselves. We chose to dig it out ourselves. He showed us where to dig. We dug it out, and called him to come back. He came right back & pumped out both tanks.

"These guys were AWESOME. I received 4 quotes Cape Fear came in the lowest with exactly what I wanted, Shane was the salesmen we talked more about the days events then the actual project. When he left he felt like an old friend. He Emailed me my quote and came in $2000,00 less then the other guys with a Trane high efficiency (96% 2 stage furnace and new A/C Unit) the other quotes I got was for a single stage 80% plus ac for more money. The Installer Joe and his crew were great. he took time to answer my questions and ran a new return line from the floor and put it in the ceiling, I definitely got my moneys worth. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM!!!!!"
