He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "We highly recommend Year Round AC. Jose responded very quickly after I put in a request for an AC repair. He showed up the next morning at 8 am, as promised. He assessed the AC, determined that two parts were possibly needed (one of which a larger company that has serviced us in the past, did not see). He quoted us a price that was nearly $500 less than the larger company. He made the repairs and the fan was fixed. Upon further inspection, he noticed the the condensation line was not draining properly (which the larger company missed). And that the condensation pan was not installed properly which caused water build up, which shorted out the fan and the circuit board. (which the larger company missed).
