"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "We highly recommend Year Round AC. Jose responded very quickly after I put in a request for an AC repair. He showed up the next morning at 8 am, as promised. He assessed the AC, determined that two parts were possibly needed (one of which a larger company that has serviced us in the past, did not see). He quoted us a price that was nearly $500 less than the larger company. He made the repairs and the fan was fixed. Upon further inspection, he noticed the the condensation line was not draining properly (which the larger company missed). And that the condensation pan was not installed properly which caused water build up, which shorted out the fan and the circuit board. (which the larger company missed). Jose communicated the problems and solutions and gave a fair price. He even gave some suggestions so we would not have to spend extra money on preventable repairs. THANK YOU, JOSE!"
