"Chris was very thorough and went above and beyond which is why we chose Crawl Space Jam for our project. We needed full crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier due to moisture and mold issues. Other companies recommended installing perimeter drainage and a sump pump in addition to encapsulation. Chris did the extra work to uncover an existing perimeter drain in our crawl space and he even tested it to ensure it was draining properly. I recommend Crawl Space Jam without hesitation."

He took the time to answer all my questions about the system, how to treat it, when to check it again, the basic workings of the three-part pumping process, etc. Since the system did not need to be pumped out, there was no charge!
