He took the time, with his crew, to do it right and the work was flawless, as promised, protecting all the other nearby plants and leaving the place spic and span. Brad and his crew were professional and unbelievely neat. Each day, after finishing for the day, they would leave the lawn and driveway totally free of debris. Also, they are such a really nice and quiet crew. Brad cut the stumps really low, so that those we will not stump will not be dangerous or unsightly. They did such a terrific job, that our HOA hired them to do some additional trees on common land behind our house, and the next-door neighbor is getting a quote from Brad. We have already told Brad that we will be engaging his services next year.

Brad and Dustin were excellent, timely and had great communication. They removed a 100 ft pine tree in our back yard with professionalIsm, safety and efficiency. They considered multiple factors like what was around the drop zone, noise factors for neighbors and the best way to clear the timber. I highly recommend ArborPro. Brad was great. He was responsive over the phone and communicated well throughout. He came out to the house and listened to our various needs in order to write up a quote that was very fair. We had a large tree down, some smaller trees and bushes, dead limbs removed, and stumps ground. He cleared a large area and graded it at no extra cost after realizing how uneven the surface was. A few hiccups emerged throughout the process, but he handled them very well. He and his crew hauled everything away and the place looked great after. Additionally, he gave me some advice on some things I can do on my own around the property. I would definitely have him out again.

Whenever we have asked for help, Brad has been very good at assessing situations and discussing options with us. Over time Brad and his team have pruned many trees and have taken down others that posed a danger because of their age and location. The team always takes care to leave the work site clear of debris. We have always found Brad to be reasonable on price, and reliable in keeping to his schedule and estimate. Finally, he is an honest, straightforward person who is also enjoyable to work with. Brad brings well-trained associates, and they make a collaborative team of people who know their job and work well together. We have lived in this area for 45 years there is no one we could recommend more highly.

It went very well. Brad is busy, so it took him a couple of weeks to get to me, but when he came, it only took him a couple of days to cut up and remove pieces that were 2-4 feet in diameter. I appreciated that Brad kept me updated on when he'd be able to come, and what he charged seemed very reasonable. Will definitely call on him again the next time I need tree work.
