Wright Brothers' Landscaping & Tree Service

This is the second time we've used their Wright Brothers' Tree Service and we were very pleased with their work both times. Their personnel are knowledgeable, competent, friendly and easy to work with. They did an excellent job on both dead tree removal and pruning of live trees. They are extremely safety conscious and very attentive to the customers' needs. They had to take down part of our dog fence to gain access to one large tree and when they put the fence back up afterward it looked better than it did originally! You may get tree work done cheaper elsewhere but you can't beat Wright Brothers' for safety and quality work. This is a top-notch outfit and I highly recommend them.

Tim and his team took down 7 holly bushes and 4 pencil hedges in our front yard, and trimmed back a red oak. During the walkthrough of our property, it was clear that Tim really knows his trees, and is passionate about taking care of them. We'll be working with Wright Brothers as our arborist for as long as we're in the area and they're doing business!

Did not remove the grass and install a bed. Dug holes in the ground, placed plants and covered with mulch. Now grass has grown through the mulch and cannot be mowed due to vacinity of plants. Has not come back to fix this and we have to find a way to do it ourselves.

For a reasonable fee of $75, Tim Wright spent over an hour walking our property helping us identify our trees and gave great advice on how to manage our little forest. He is excellent. We plan to call them to take down some trees that need to be removed.

We have Wright Brother's prune our landscaping Late February and Early July. We have a large area of mixed Shrubs and Bushes along with ~20 assorted ornamental grasses ranging from 3 to 9 feet tall. They do a nice job and clean up cuttings/debris so the yard looks very nice to start Spring. We have them come back in mid-summer to trim back the growth. Since they are experienced Arborists/Landscapers, I trust they know what to do and how to do it given climate and conditions in order to maintain healthy plant conditions. We have been pleased with their work and service for several years.

We used them several years ago, they were good. They did a good job.

I was charged $49 for a one hour consultation. The consultant did arrive at the scheduled time, and spent some time with me but certainly not an hour. I never heard from them again, no report, no follow up email or phone call, nothing, and it has now been two weeks since the consultation. Other landscapers who didn't charge any fee spent a lot more time with me, and followed up. This feels like a rip-off.

Extremely well

I've used Wright Brothers' services for the past four years, and I've found them very professional and efficient. On the 3-acre property that I'm renting, Wright Brothers does all the mowing and leaf removal on a bi-monthly basis. They're a bit expensive, but when you consider that they're dependable and fast, and that they bring in all the necessary equipment to get the job done, they're worth every penny. They always call when they're on the way to my house, and Jeremy always takes a moment to say hello to Archie, my chocolate lab retriever. Arch gets so excited when he sees their green and yellow truck pullin' into our drive.

We had 3 trees to be removed. All maple, one about 10" in diameter and the other 2 were less than 5". The larger one was leaning and about to fall so we wanted it down asap. We called Tim and he and his office were on top of it. He met us at our house, took a look and said he's send an estimate, which he did. The estimate was $999, which blew me away. I asked if we could just take 2 of the 3 tress down (since the 3rd tree was SO small I could easily do it myself) to reduce the cost and they said that $999 was their minimum charge. I went ahead and had the work done because the tree needed to come down, but I was extremely disappointed that Tim did not mention a minimum charge at the time he came to the house, I'm sure they could have done a couple more things to make the $999 worth it. Of course I inspect the job with a fine toothed comb when I got home. Everything looked good except for the small broken limb hanging from a tree that was next to the others. Now had this been a job done by a cheaper company with less of a reputation, I wouldn't really think twice about it. But after dropping $999 for three small trees, I expected a completely thorough job to be done. I liked Tim and the people in the office and his crew came on very short notice. The quality of work and clean up was good. I just wish he'd been more up front with the 'minimum' $999 charge.

Tim took time to study the problem before giving a quote. Other companies quickly suggested larger jobs involving excavation, grading, crawlspace sealing. I'm convinced Tim found the root cause and solved it with a repair of the right size. At a fair price. He is very patient, thorough, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job.  Excellent communication, fair and accurate pricing, Owner on site during work. 
Definitely recommend and would use again.  They did work at a neighbor's as well, who was also very pleased.

Their crews are neat and professional. They are responsive when I ask them to take care of something specific. Occasionally I need to remind them of a small item they may have missed but they always come back to compete the work. They are more expensive than I would prefer but in terms of my experience the extra cost is worthwhile.

Excellent job, prompt and efficient. We have had them do this regularly during the growing season for the past two years. They have been very reliable and relatively easy to deal with. We have also had them cut trees near the house on an earlier occasion. That job was also done well. No problems.

They were fast, did great work, reached the really high stuff easily.

Everything went very smoothly. I had several companies provide quotes, and Wright brothers was actually one of the more expensive quotes but I was very pleased with Tim's professionalism and thoroughness and wanted them to do the work. We were able to negotiate with them to a price that suited us both. They did everything while I was at work. When I came home the trees were trimmed/gone and everything was clean and tidy. My only very small complaint would be an oil stain was left on the driveway and I can't figure out how to remove it but understandable given all the heavy equipment used. I will be using them again.
