The other technician charged US$260.00 parts and labor and said he would not charge diagnosis fee (US$70.00) if we decide to fix it. He replaced suspension rods and it's running really good. No more vibrations. Abraham of ART is a fraud. He lied to me and charged DIAGNOSIS fee but did not fix my washer."
