Ice maker of freezer stopped working. Mike came over pulled appliacnce apart just enough to see what problem was. He told us he didnt have part but knew where to order and get it within a few hours. He left us with fridge usable and returned later in day to install new part. Very responsive.

Exceptionally good experience. I will certainly call Mike again. He came the same day I called. He accurately diagnosed my 12 year old Amana refrigerator problem OVER THE PHONE. He told me how to save myself some money by explaining how I could remove the lower back panel in the freezer compartment so I could melt off the icing on the coils with a hair dryer before he arrived. I had everything ready for him and he was in and out, and I had a working refrigerator in about 45 minutes.

All went very well. After I approved the quote Mike made the repairs as planned. Mike showed me the broken parts, explained the repair process and warrantied his work.

Great. Mike did an excellent job. He came when he said he would and didn't leave a mess. The repair was done quickly and he double checked his work before he left to make sure everything was working properly. My only suggestion (and it's not a complaint - just a general suggestion for all people in the service industry) is that, as a client, it would be nice to see a receipt from the parts purchased. I realize that there may be a slight markup for locating the part and purchasing it, but I'd like to see the price of expensive items to re-assure me that the part really was that pricey. Professionals have a general idea how much an item costs, but those of us who are not in the field have no idea - so we always wonder if the part is really that expensive.

He first diagnosed the problem was the ignitor, gave me an estimate (which was far lower than the others I had received), replaced it, then placed everything back where it originally was. You can tell he has been doing this for the 20 + years he states. He was incredibly quick (about 35 minutes total). But took the time to answer any and all of my questions. It was very reassuring to me to have such a honest person do work in my home. He even took the time to answer my questions and look at other appliances that I hadn't called him about. I would absolutely call him first if the need should arise.

He took a thorough look at the range, recommending that an electrician replace the outlet under the range. While he was there, he was kind enough to check the dryer as well and make sure it hadn't been damaged by the flood.

It went well. He responded to my call promptly and scheduled to come out the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and returned the next day with part. Worked efficiently and his price was fair. He was conscientious about his work and seemed knowledgeable. He was courteous about calling to give me the heads up of when he was going to arrive (a short delay due to thunderstorm). I will call on him again to fix any other appliance problems I have in the future. Very reliable and competent.

My ice maker wasn't working properly. The contractor came out the next day and determined that it needed to be replaced. He explained thoroughly why it couldn't be fixed, had the part with him and finished the work quickly, cleaning up everything completely. He explained the warranty and answered every question I had.

We called Appliance Pro to try to make an appointment for Thursday, but found that Michael was going to be unavailable then, so we arranged to get it done today. He explained the problem and the likely cause (clogged dryer vent), and showed me the short in the old heating assembly. I was impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He had the part on hand, and the whole thing took less than an hour from start to finish.

The service man was VERY knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and came out the very next day with all parts needed for the repair. He was very personable and friendly. The price was also very reasonable. I was very impressed with the entire experience. I will be using them for any future repair needs. I would definitely recommend them to others!

First I called him and told him what was happening with the dishwasher. He had me try a quick fix over the phone. When that didn't work, he came out and replaced the part. He was timely, polite, and quick.

My husband spoke to him the day before and told him the problem. He gave him the model # and Mike (the owner) said he would call back and let us know when the part would be available. He called us back in one hour and said he could put it in the following day between 1pm and 3pm. He arrived at 1pm and proceeded to put in the thermostat. He checked, to make sure everything was okay and gave us a 3 month warranty on parts and labor.

He was very nice and very courteous when he came out. I think he was more than reasonable on what he charged us. He was able and willing to fix the problem and not try to sell us a new unit. He did advise us to try and be a little more careful with small items in the wash.

I called at 9:30 a.m. and the repairman was there by 2:30 p.m. the same day. He asked me several questions when I called him, and anticipated what the problem would be, as he brought the necessary part with him. He was very efficient and was there less than 30 minutes. In addition, he worked without making any mess.

Called him at 9 am after reading three previous reviews, he arrived at 2pm with the three possible parts that needed to be replaced after determining problem/model by phone first. Quick response much appreciated and I was able to save most food.
