"Great job done by Dylan, Hassan, and Chayton. They protected our home from any dirt or debris. The installation of our mini-split was professionally done and worked perfectly. Dylan answered all my questions before the team packed up. I highly recommend this company and this team."

"From the moment we inquired about services to job completion, we had a great experience working with Air Quality Concepts for our HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The owner Charles was incredibly prompt with communication and took the time to answer all our questions about the cleaning process prior to scheduling. We were so impressed by how personable, hard-working, thorough, and efficient our technicians Austin and Michael were when they cleaned our two HVAC systems. They were very attentive to the issues we have been having with our indoor air quality as we navigate mold remediation and health concerns. The company’s customer care was genuine and so appreciated, and the cost of services was very reasonable. We already feel more comfortable in our home knowing we are breathing cleaner air! I highly recommend Air Quality Concepts if you are looking to improve the air quality of your home!"

"Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. What makes our experience with Mr. Terrone Street so satisfying, both from a professional standpoint of excellent service but also and equally important from a personal standpoint, is that Mr. Street is is a man of integrity, character and dedication. He is honest and attentive, working always to do his very best for his customer as he would want for himself or his family member. He will do his best for you too, with commitment, capability, positivity and honesty."

"It went very well. Took a bit longer than expected. Only because someone took his puller, but he pushed through and got it done. What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. Dolan honored their 10 year contract."
