I received 3 quotes all were in the same ball park for the unit needed. Mr. Joyner was very professional and did not make me feel pressured and was very honest and up front. It wasn't all about the money. The unit was installed in just a few days after I gave them the approval. The crew was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Joyner's Heating & Air.

From start to finish, Joyner's HVAC has shown respect, concern, and a desire to please me as a customer. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to share time and knowledge with me as a customer. Money never has seemed like the " bottom line" with them. My satisfaction has always seemed their most importantt concern. Even the Secretary is very conscientious and helpful.

The manifold was replaced and the burners were never calibrated causing it to crack once again and leak carbon monoxide into our home. This was after I had contacted them to convert our systems from propane to natural gas, which they couldn't be bothered. When I brought in Performance Heating in Wilson, they showed us the crack and said it needed to be fixed immediately. They offered to do it but encouraged us to contact Joyner. When I spoke to Joyner they had no record of the repair. I found the original receipt and had to send it to them. After a few weeks they were back with the part and repaired it again. The repair man did not put all of the screws back into the outside shell of the unit when he was finished and left trash around my house. I can literally lift up a side of the sheet metal casing for the unit. Needless to say I did not contact them to come put screws back into my unit. I had Performance double check the work.
