There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

The location of the wire was hidden in a small corner behind some plumbing, the electrician was amazed it was noticed, and I am very thankful that I found out before we had a house fire. "All I can say is "thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" I live in Raleigh and my elderly parents are in Winston-Salem. They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem. Until I had them to call Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning. My parents called and the guys at Affordable Septic came right out. They dug where we thought the tank was, but it wasn't there, so the guys (Ken and crew) recommended a vendor who could find the location.
