They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem. Until I had them to call Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning. My parents called and the guys at Affordable Septic came right out. They dug where we thought the tank was, but it wasn't there, so the guys (Ken and crew) recommended a vendor who could find the location. Once the location was confirmed Affordable Septic came back out and completed the job. Everyone on the crew was respectable, courteous and professional.
