There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

This year, Eric found an electrical wire that was sparking against the wooden subfloor of my house! A mouse had chewed away some of the wire insulation. He notified me and I was able to get the issue fixed quickly. The location of the wire was hidden in a small corner behind some plumbing, the electrician was amazed it was noticed, and I am very thankful that I found out before we had a house fire. They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem. Until I had them to call Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning. My parents called and the guys at Affordable Septic came right out. They dug where we thought the tank was, but it wasn't there, so the guys (Ken and crew) recommended a vendor who could find the location.
