"I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"I needed help with some shrub removal and planting in my front landscape, and got several quotes. I already had the plants, soil, fertilizer, and materials needed, but am not physically able to dig by myself. I had a means of disposing of the removed materials, so there was no haul-away included. Along with the planting, I needed to have a decorative stone wall repaired because it was starting to lean. Again, labor only. I was looking for a company that could do both. The bids for the planting work, which was straightforward and simple labor, were in the range of $400, except for New East Landscapes. Their price was much higher for the planting work, but they assured me they could do the planting within a couple of days and also repair the stone wall within 2 weeks for what seemed to be a very fair additional price. Because they seemed to know exactly what to do with the wall, and showed pictures of other projects they had done, I decided to pay the higher price so I could have one company complete both tasks. They emailed written quotes for the work, which I signed and returned. They told me the time they would come to do the planting work on Sunday, a couple of days later. The work on the wall would be done when they could fit it in, but within two weeks. On Sunday April 9, they arrived more than an hour late, so late that I was concerned they weren't coming. They did the planting work which took them less than 1.75 hours to complete. They clearly knew their plants, placed them where I asked, and the work was competent, but this job did not actually require 3 workers, which is what they brought. I paid them for that work and asked to schedule the wall repair. Xavier told me he would call me to schedule the time within two weeks and would find out the cost of a few stones that were needed to support the wall. He never called me back. I attempted to follow up with them by several phone calls, which went to voicemail that was not accepting messages. Also sent text messages and email. No response of any kind from them, and it has now been a month since they promised to return to complete the work. The wall is looking increasingly unstable and the work still needs to be done."

The workers did a great job and worked hard to make the vision we had for the porch . It was very helpful that we had other projects in our neighborhood to look at and talk to the homeowners. Overall we are very pleased with the job and the workers."
