Friday tech was great. I appreciate him . Tues tech was a salesman lied about running a camera and wanted to do a 15k job Both Fri and Tues a total of 1 hour maybe spent here Guys today spent 4 hours with cameras and snake working Showed me camera video and images I have no doubt of the issues now And these guys were determined to find it NU Blue showed me nothing I will not use a company out to sell services I don’t need I saved thousands by using my gut feeling and getting a second option

Upon finding another leak in the water lines, we decided to contact NuBlue Plumbing based on recommendations and their excellent ratings. Boy are we glad we did. That same day Jamie came to evaluate the problem and offered suggestions. Because of the brittle white CPVC plastic piping used during original home construction, we made the decision to have NuBlue re-plumb the entire house. The very next morning Paul and Mike began work by covering their shoes, then covering all the flooring and adding curtains where needed. Day one was prep day. Since the house is on a slab, amazingly they were able to make precision cuts in the drywall to needed areas. Day two they were joined by Corey and Devin to install all new PEX water lines and remove the old pipes. After completing the install, they performed extensive water pressure testing and snapped photos of all the connections. They did a great job as we had no leaks. Cleanup was performed by the crew and in less than two full days we have all new up to date plumbing. What a professional job by a great company and crew.

My house apparently had a main sewer line blockage. Dirty water was backing up into the shower and tub. Jacob came out to the house and in approximately an hour resolved the problem just fine. He had to first remove an interior toilet in order to snake the main sewer line. The reason for my low evaluation is the price tag. My final invoice was for $756.86. Jacob did give me the option to not hire them, however, I was between a rock and a hard place, this clog needed to be fixed ASAP. Subsequently, I did some research and in my opinion, I believe this price was excessive. If you're considering hiring these plumbers, I would simply recommend you get an additional quote(s) from someone else for comparison.

Hal and Jose with Ease came in and corrected someone else’s mess! They listened to understand. Checked out the issue and then quickly quoted the repair. I should’ve gone with Ease in the first place!!! The price was the best it could be with the mess they had to fix. They were on time for the quote and the work and worked quickly and thoroughly once the job started. I would hire them again and again! Very trustworthy and respectful! Hal even quickly fixed my slow drain he noticed as he was checking his work!

Aaron Williams and another technician came out to diagnose the problem, find the leak and repair. After identifying the leak, Aaron cut through the ceiling below the bathroom and repaired the pipe. I recommend Aaron Williams and Ease Plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing needs. Aaron went above and beyond to ensure my leaking pipe was fixed. Also, he changed the shower head in the bathroom from my ask.

The plumber from Ease was outstanding. He came out the same day to assess the situation. He was great at explaining what he thought the issues were - and he was right. He came out the next day and did an awesome job. All our drains are working great and the external spigot is great as well. Would definitely hire Ease again - and I would want the same plumber too.

He replaced a piece in the toilet I originally called on and went ahead and fixed two others while they were here so that I would not have to pay the fee a second time. They did a phenomenal job and were here the same day I requested help.

Sheldon was the technician sent to do our small job. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. We have another project in the future and we will definitely use this company again.

They are wonderful, the first that came was able to fixed it right away, it was initially done on November 1, 2019, but their was a little bit of leak and another guy came back on November 20, 2019 and got it fixed perfectly. I was very happy with the service.

Everything went extremely well. Ease was right on time and worked quickly but well. My fireplace is working great now!
