"Talked with Josh several times asking questions about brands of electric hot water heaters and costs to remove old leaking one and install a new one. His answers made common sense and after being told by a competitor that Matt was a really good guy & technician, we chose Water Heater Express. Absolutely right choice for us. The cost was in our fixed income budget, the timing was as requested and even when we questioned the water temp, Matt came back and adjusted it. Others had told us we needed a building permit. When replacing a "like with like", that was a lie. We also had a hot water circulator that others told us would need to be replaced. Another lie. Matt cleaned off the corrosion and it's working like always. We cannot recommend Water Heater Express highly enough!!"
