This was something the washing machine installer should have fixed. Matt took the time to explain the problem & fix it. He called promptly and showed up on time. If you have a plumbing problem you should absolutely talk to Robinette Plumbing first.

Incredibly kind and fair. He realized the issue was not actually a plumbing problem and referred me to an electrician who could help. If I ever have any plumbing needs in the future I will absolutely be calling him, and the same goes for any friend in need of a plumber.
