Get matched with top deck repair pros in Concord, NC

"Wonderful experience with NC Deck and Railing. From the first evaluation to the completion of project. Corey Mitchell's building knowledge surpassed our expectations and he was able to salvage, repair and rebuild our 35+ year old deck. He has built a team of trusted craftsmen who understands his high standards and no subcontractors are used. After years of dissatisfaction with various contractors/handy men we felt like we struck gold with when we found NC Deck and Railing."

"Repaired/replaced 3 sections of split rail fence with added hog wire. He did an excellent job in a timely manner, cleaned up his work site and was very personable. I would hire him again, no questions."

"Mickie done exceptional job on my storage shed. He came as scheduled and started working. Mickie was very professional and quickly got the job done, I would definitely use him again"

"Very professional and great at his craft. Stain my Deck, very well please"

"JC’s meticulous attention to detail is second only to his honesty, integrity, and work ethic. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. He’s the guy you call to get the job done right the first or redo a job that was done by a low cost handyman or big-box store installer. I won’t make that mistake twice! Check out the vinyl luxury plank he installed in my mud room. He shaved the door jambs, cut every piece to perfection—even around the dryer vent and outlet, and silicone caulked all the molding to make it waterproof. Thanks JC!"

"Abel came to quote the job. He was the first guy I saw for my two porches. He quoted me a price after measuring and figuring. I was initially stunned, but he explained the reasons (the price of materials and gas and labor has hit the handyman business like everything else). Abel is a personable fellow. I didn't need to see anyone else. Our porches were in sore need of repair. It was getting to a place that we were worried that someone might go through the decking and be injured. I didn't need fancy. I needed SOLID. Abel came back with Tom and they did a great job on my front porch. Neighbors are jealous. The postman made positive comments. It looks great and I could park my car on it. It's EXACTLY what we needed. Abel explained as they went what they were doing and why they were doing it that way. Abel and Tom even gave me pointers for tackling projects I intended to do myself. If you want a communicative contractor, who doesn't leave you in the dark. Abel and his team of guys are the guys you want."

"I had several household jobs that needed repair: Weather stripping front door Foam seal up holes under (2)bathroom sinks plus main shut off Clean out dryer vent Light bulbs replaced in kitchen Fix shower door handle (master) Install safety bar in main bathroom Caulk window in sun room as well as caulking in bathroom and kitchen Install door sweep (sun room) My pro-service gentleman was Erik. It was a pleasure to have him working in my home. I found him to be very knowledgeable and even offered suggestions on fixing (door sweep-‘and eventually a mirror in bathroom)items at a reasonable cost. I have used Handyman before and will continue to use their services. Erik will be back next week"

"I needed 3 support posts for an elevated deck replaced. Mr. Gutierrez and his crew just completed the project and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Gutierrez for a most reasonable bid and service. Walter P. in Charlotte."

"If he said he would do it. . .he did. When he said he would be there. . .he was. His skills, craftmanship and integrity are above reproach. I could not be more happy with the deck rebuild he completed for me. It's beautiful, solid and better than the one he replaced. Thank you, Scott."

"This deck is a walkout from our laundry room into the carport. I drew a plan, and they built it exactly like I wanted with wider steps and special handrail for aging and easy access. They finished it with bead board and chair rail. It has storage under it. We have enjoyed using it."
