The P&K crew was amazing to work with. They were quick to get in and get out, helped collaborate on design ideas, fixed issues we had in dry wall and lighting. They hired professional cleaners to come in when the job was finished. We absolutely love our new paint colors.

I hired Pedro and his team again. I was so happy with 4 season sunroom build I called them back to build a small pergola to give me shade in a sundrenched back patio space. He completed in one day and will return in a few weeks to stain/paint and hang small pergola lights. I can't wait for the first rain. Also, I chose a tinted corrugated polycarbonate roof over the rafters which emits the right amount of light and will prevent rain from entering. I love it. Now I need nicer outdoor furniture. (None of the project selections fit the work that was done and there was no freetext in that field).

I can’t say enough good things about my Pedro and his team—he truly went above and beyond. My house was in serious need of help, and he turned it into something I’m proud of, and was able to sell within weeks. I cant list all of the things he did for me, because it’s A LOT, but a few: he put new flooring in, refreshed all the paint, fixed all of the imperfections, replaced tile, and somehow made the whole place feel brand new. Oh and how could I forget, he even added a third bedroom, which was a total game-changer when trying to sell. He was super communicative throughout the whole process, always kept me in the loop, and worked fast without cutting corners. His pricing was more than fair, and he even helped me when I was in a financial bind. Honestly, he’s just a wonderful human and even better at his job. If you’re thinking about doing work on your home, I’d recommend Pedro and P&K in a heartbeat.

When I posted on Angis list I needed a painters for a 3bd 2bth, P&K called Immediately. I spoke to Pedro the owner. He asked all lot of questions, about what I expected. After telling Pedro I chose Chantily Lace, he recommended low Luster. He was right. 2coats, doors., woodwork, trim. I could save money by not doing the back of doors & closets. They were in good shape. He started within 2days I Immediately felt comfortable with Pedro & his men. They were all respectful of me &y home They prepped every room, covered everything, moved all my furniture and started painted. I'm so thrilled with their painting, truly artists They also took down my old medicine cabinet and you would never know it was there! They also too all my items I didn't want to the dumpster for me. Above & beyond what I hired them to do. All my furniture was put back in place! I would highly recommend P&K to come to your home and make it beautiful ❤️

We had leak damage in our ceiling from HVAC unit. Need repair in the ceiling as well as Repainting the entire ceiling. Also needed guest bedroom drywall repairs and paint. They completed the work in 1 day and their pricing was very reasonable. Work was done to my satisfaction. I would hire again

I had a 2x2 hole in the ceiling from mold removal. They patched it perfectly, you can't even tell. Also, color matched the paint and painted over all the water stains. They charged me less than another company that patched a small 12in circular hole from another property. I will be putting them in my contact list.

Pedro & his team did a great job. They were timely, responsive & were careful with their work. They cleaned up afterwards without leaving any bit of mess behind. Pedro was great and came to check on the progress of the job and report the findings/ resolution. I would absolutely use them again for any project for my home . I had a previously unfinished sunroom with vinyl siding on walls, no insulation, and no heat or air in that room. Pedro led an awesome team of professionals who removed vinyl siding, added insulation, put in drywall 4 walls and ceiling, major trimwork needed to be done as well as duct addition to allow for heat and AC in sunroom. (Windows and screens had been done 2 years ago). New ceiling fan installed and 1 more electrical outlet added. All painted with light colored walls and blue ceiling. I love it. Pedro is superb, he spends considerable time overseeing entire project and gets involved, he doesn't just supervise. Pedro is an excellent communicator and I was never left wondering what next step was or what to expect in detail. I highly recommend P&K Contruction and will absolutely use for next project. One additional note: usually I get 3 quotes. After I met with Pedro before project began I had no need to consult with other companies.

Pedro is hands down my go-to person when I or any of my clients need anything taken care of with a home. Pedro has assisted me on several of my client?s transactions to help meet FHA appraisal requirements, repair items from a home inspection report and so much more! I go to him when my sellers need help preparing their home for the market - he has replaced carpet, installed new LVP flooring, removed popcorn ceilings, painted and so much more. He is worth his weight in gold! Whenever I need any type of real estate work done, he?s my guy.

In addition to doing whole house popcorn removal and painting ceiling they painted kitchen cabinets and walls/trim, and installed flooring in small master bathroom. They are also on schedule to do the front and back storm doors this week. I located this company from typing in popcorn removal and got several estimates and Pedro came out and looked at job and was within range of another company so I hired him. I liked the way he explained process and was timely in getting me booked for project. I also loved the way his company was able to complete the work without dragging it out for weeks/months. Later I decided to add the kitchen project, flooring and doors and he was able to arrange so jobs were completed within a week and half. The only one left is the doors which should be done soon. I kept adding things to my original project so was very happy when it could be completed in a timely professional manner. They removed many bags of garbage from the big popcorn removal project. This was not a simple project as living here many years I had a lot of things to work around. The team cleaned up trash as they worked in each area and vacuumed. I look forward to keeping this company in mind for any future work and also for recommeding them to neighbors. Supplies were included in the estimate so no big surprises. I only gave 4.5 because no one is perfect with everything. The team seems to have people in place to do most any kind of job you might need which is a plus for me that I don't have to keep finding different sources to do work. I can stick with a punctual group and pleasant and knowledgeable to work with.
