"I hired them to rebuild my deck stairs and restain my deck. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of their deck services because I had the same issues. Thad is very responsive and arrives on time. He does not give written estimates, just a verbal price. Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. The deck stairs were structurally sound, but did not line up with my rails since they added an extra step and pushed the stairs further into my yard. I found another contractor through Home Advisor to remove the additional step so the stairs lined up with the rails and the landing again."

The deck is 10-12 feet off the ground, but they managed to do all the repairs, power wash and stain without an issue. What a great job they did.
