"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."

They were great and when I called about the screen they had a great tech out here to replace it as soon as it was remade. "Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."
