+ -1 moreMiguel and his crew responded quickly to the quote request and were able to get started that same week. They listened to what we wanted and helped create a beautiful new shower for us. We couldn’t be happier with the final product, and they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process.
Description of Work: Remove older tiled shower and shower door, removed bench, moved plumbing to a better place, brought the drain up to code, tiled the entire floor and walls up to the ceiling, and installed frameless glass and a new shower head.

+ 3 moreEverything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. All his crew were great and we really appreciate all their work. THANK YOU!

Our job was performed on time and in budget as promised. Miguel communicated effectively every step of the process and there were no surprises. + -1 moreWhen you deal with someone like Miguel Martinez, you get dependability, quality, craftsmanship and a high sense of professionalism.
Description of Work: Since I am getting older, I wanted the garden tub removed and a glass enclosed shower that would someday accommodate a walker if needed. Miguel gave me a beautiful shower, installed stone tile from floor to ceiling as well as a ceramic floor, installed all new plumbing, painted the room to my specifications and made the old shower area into a dressing area with a bench, and at my request, installed a brick veneer accent wall in my bedroom. Some may consider the work a bit pricy. I have had crappy work done in the past and a contractor that disappeared and I had to finish the work myself! Miguel is trustworthy and reliable. His talent and perfectionism deserves a higher rate of pay. He and his team are true professionals. Oftentimes he worked in the house alone as I was at work. At the completion of the project, my work area was immaculate!
