"We hired Matt to construct a detached 32 x 26 garage on our property. We started looking for contractors in early summer of 2018, at the peak of the construction season, and Matt was one of two contractors that even extended the courtesy of a return phone call. We met with Matt to discuss our plans and let him look over the proposed site, and he advised that he could undertake the project, but further advised that we were looking at a September start date, due to his backlog. We agreed, and sure enough, he called in early fall to tell us we were next in the queue. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."
