I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work. The work went quickly and they inspected the progress every step of the way. Their price was reasonable and the work top-notch. I highly recommend DHIM Construction! "The quality of the work was excellent. The old boards were installed on the diagonal so the cuts on the new boards had to be precisely made. The reason I downgraded the review was that a patio table had to be moved to the side of the deck but when we arrived home we found that it had not been returned in its original position. That's not a big deal, but shows a lack of attention to detail. What bothered us more was that an empty pack of cigarettes was left in the driveway and several cigarette butts were found in the yard and on the driveway. That shows disrespect for the homeowner's property."

"I highly recommend C&D Custom Log Finishing for any repairs you should need for log home repairs-inside or outside. Our home is not your traditional manufactured log home. It was built in 1980 with 250 year old hand hewed logs. I have used C&D Custom Log Finishing for over 10 years now for anything and everything I need. Some logs have had to be replaced in that period of time and Clarence has someone that personally hand hewed the replacement logs and they look just like the original logs. He keeps you informed during the entire process and is always available for whatever comes up. Also, we have developed a great friendship through the years. "This post is being shared as a mode of recommending. Perfection Roofing and Home Repairs. As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. The project cost, 22K was 5K less than another reputable competitor.Senior citizens approach projects carefully, especially when new faces are involved. We felt comfortable at all times. A humanitarian side story involved how they took great care not to upset our aged dog."

"We moved here to Asheboro in November. We purchased our first home which was a nightmare in this crazy market. We decided we would not settle so we would look till we found our perfect home. Well we found it here in Asheboro. Saturday night for us was devastating. We had a tiki torch that ended up sparking and landing in the new pine needles. Next thing we heard a pop and our window was broke and sunroom on fire. We where able to get it under control but the damage for us was heartbreaking. First thing Sunday we looked up companies that can fix the damage. We are so blessed to find TLK Construction they came out on that Sunday went through all that needed to be done and sent us a quote that evening. They came out and not only started the work but also did some things that my husband and I couldn't do. We are truly grateful for everything they have done through this whole process.
