"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The quality of the work was excellent. The old boards were installed on the diagonal so the cuts on the new boards had to be precisely made. The reason I downgraded the review was that a patio table had to be moved to the side of the deck but when we arrived home we found that it had not been returned in its original position. That's not a big deal, but shows a lack of attention to detail. What bothered us more was that an empty pack of cigarettes was left in the driveway and several cigarette butts were found in the yard and on the driveway. That shows disrespect for the homeowner's property."

As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. The project cost, 22K was 5K less than another reputable competitor.Senior citizens approach projects carefully, especially when new faces are involved. We felt comfortable at all times. A humanitarian side story involved how they took great care not to upset our aged dog."

"We moved here to Asheboro in November. We purchased our first home which was a nightmare in this crazy market. We decided we would not settle so we would look till we found our perfect home. Well we found it here in Asheboro. Saturday night for us was devastating. We had a tiki torch that ended up sparking and landing in the new pine needles. Next thing we heard a pop and our window was broke and sunroom on fire. We where able to get it under control but the damage for us was heartbreaking. First thing Sunday we looked up companies that can fix the damage. We are so blessed to find TLK Construction they came out on that Sunday went through all that needed to be done and sent us a quote that evening. They came out and not only started the work but also did some things that my husband and I couldn't do. We are truly grateful for everything they have done through this whole process. Explaining what was best. They take pride in their work and they do an amazing job. Needless to say we have found our new handyman and much more.
