The people who came in and did the work were great, but the contractor himself was awful. The reason for this is because of multiple issues. He did not do his own work even though he told us he would. He came out and gave us an estimate, we decided to hire him. He put us off for a couple weeks, we told him if he cannot complete our work that we will find another contractor. He decided to take our job. He told us he would complete the work himself, the day came for him to start the work and he showed up with two other workers, introduced the workers to my husband and then he left.There were multiple things that were done poorly and we wanted them to get fixed, he just acted like he was not very interested in fixing anything. He just told the workers "you need to fix this and that" and then left. He wanted to put all the blame on the workers instead of taking responsibility as the contractor we hired. The contractor told us he was busy with other work and that is why he brought in these 2 guys. He told my husband to take up the payment with the worker that completed the work . He was very rude to me and my husband. We still paid the full amount of the estimate and we are not happy with the outcome and will never work with this company again.

Emmanuel knows what he is doing. We cracked some tiles at a building we were working at. I met with Emmanuel and he had the work schedule before the week was up. Great guy to deal with. I highly recommend him
