"The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public."

We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. "Shower renovation was completed by premier-homepros.com back in May of 2025, after several weeks we noticed a water stain in the flooring adjacent to the bathroom. The company came back out and admitted that the employee who did the work has sabotaged some of his previous jobs and was terminated. They then opened the wall behind their work and discovered black mold from the leak. There was also water damage the flooring and subflooring. The homeowner to contact some companies to get estimates on getting this resolved. Homeowner is disabled and suffering from brain cancer and dementia. After consulting friends in the industry (general contractors and residential insurance) it was decided that handling of this matter should be done by the company who knowingly and admittedly sabotaged the work. This is not acceptable. Reached back out to the company several times and were delayed even further. We are now entering our 6th month of this dispute and have no bathroom to use"
