"Only mowed grass. No edging, trimming, weed wacking. The only evidence of their work was the grass was not as tall. They promised to come and "make it right" today (Friday, May 2). The site list closing time as 5:00 and it is 5:01!!! I waited all day and NO SHOW!! They were paid in advance due my going out of state on the scheduled date on Tuesday, April 22nd."

Our goal is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable. We have standardized prices used for lawn mowing, based upon square footage. There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price but these are the general guidelines we use. These prices are per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule. We require all Customers to be on a weekly schedule from March till end of June. During the Summer you may switch to a biweekly schedule. Level One ($60) - One Time or Once / Month Level 2 ($100) - BiWeekly Level 3 ($200) - 4 Times Month Level 4 ($250) - 4 Times Month, Pressure Wash Or Mulch Monthly Additional- Every additional 0.5 Acre it will be $40

Backyard also needed some overgrowth and grading done and he offered to take care of that too. The price was right so I took him up on the offer and he said he would seed it for free while he was at it. The communication was top notch and the team was always on time and professional. Project turned out exactly as expected and they made sure to clean up everything before they left. Outstanding service and I will definitely be back for future projects."

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
