When Jon began doing our lawn we asked him to re-sod thinking that was our only option, but instead of taking advantage of that opportunity for himself he told us he thought he could bring the lawn back (which would save us a fortune!) if we installed a sprinkler system and gave him a few seasons to aerate/over seed/treat for weeds etc. We followed his plan and within a year the lawn looked amazing (and even within just a few months it looked 90% better!) and now it is one of the best lawns in the n'hood.
